Retyping customer order information
Customer, PO number, ship-to, and line items get keyed in from a PDF or forwarded email.
Order-entry automation for manufacturers
OrderFlow extracts order data, checks it against your ERP, flags discrepancies, and routes the order for human approval.

This is the Keystone Equipment purchase order from the OrderFlow demo — the same price mismatch a customer service team would otherwise catch by hand.
The problem
Most manufacturers still re-key purchase orders from email and PDF into the ERP, then check the same fields a second time.
Customer, PO number, ship-to, and line items get keyed in from a PDF or forwarded email.
Someone compares the customer PO price to the contract or price list in the ERP.
Customer part numbers, descriptions, and revisions have to be reconciled with yours.
The same purchase order can arrive twice — and create a second sales order if nobody catches it.
How it works
Customer sends a PO by email or PDF.
OrderFlow reads customer, PO, part, quantity, price, and dates.
Data is checked against ERP records.
Exceptions are flagged for human approval.
Approved orders are sent to the ERP.
Exceptions, not guesswork
When the customer PO does not match ERP pricing, OrderFlow puts the numbers next to each other and waits for an employee.
BRKT-442 on purchase order KE-49192 does not match the ERP contract price.
Human in control
OrderFlow doesn’t blindly trust extracted data. It validates customer and order information against existing systems and routes discrepancies to an employee before anything is created.
Developed by an enterprise software engineer focused on ERP and manufacturing workflow automation.
Built for real manufacturing workflows
ERP integrations
OrderFlow is designed around a connector architecture so it can integrate with modern ERP APIs and existing business systems.
What changes
Reduce repetitive entry and verification.
Catch pricing, part, quantity, and duplicate-order issues before submission.
Let employees review exceptions instead of retyping every order.
Maintain an audit trail of extraction, validation, changes, and approval.
York, Pennsylvania
I'm Mark, a software developer based in the York, PA area. I built OrderFlow around a simple problem: manufacturers still spend too much time manually moving customer order information from PDFs and emails into business systems.
Helping manufacturers in South Central Pennsylvania automate repetitive order-entry workflows.
Early customers
We're currently working with a small number of manufacturers to test OrderFlow against real order-entry workflows.
